Wage Management and Benefits

The wages of our employees are determined by taking into account, the inflation rate, the necessity of the business and the market conditions. Our basic principle is to ensure work-wage balance, to differentiate wages according to the performance, to conduct wage researches and to ensure internal justice. The determined wages and benefits are managed in accordance with all laws, regulations and regulations within a certain system.

Working Conditions

Our Working Hours: Our office hours are between 08: 00-18: 00 / İstanbul Regional Office 08:00 / 17:30 and lunch hours are between 12: 00-13: 00.

Permission Policy: Permission policy is implemented in accordance with the Labor Law.

Remuneration Policy: 12 salaries are paid on net wage. Once a year a wage increase adjustment is made. The Company has a performance-based premium application in line with its target-based operation.

Dining Facilities: All employees are given a meal card over the amount determined for the relevant year as food aid.
