Call-Based Services

Call-based services are technical services which do not need a service level agreement to achieve the requirements of the institutions.

The services provided in this scope can be provided as independent hardware, software, system and/or network expertise. With remote access for products under warranty or beyond warranty, service can be provided at the repair center or on-site. Customers are offered according to the type of service that will be given in accordance with the demand and the relevant service is provided on the agreed dates following the approval of the proposals.
