IT security products/systems maintenance/support; To ensure the continuity of customers ' IT systems, data integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of information security support products/systems, fixing hardware and system problems, and ensuring smooth operation. Technical support services are provided in accordance with specific service levels. It is executed as a call-based and service level based. "Remote" or "Onsite" support can be given.
Maintenance/Support Services to the information security products/systems, depending on the content of the service contract between the service provider and the customer, as well as the determination of information security processes and within the organizations can also include the reliability of the information flow.
Support, Management and consultancy services for all service subcomponents except IT security products/systems maintenance/upport service,
- All hardware/system investment costs of security products,
- Investment and operating costs of all data line connections, such as Internet lines,
- Problems caused by the related service provider (Türk Telekom, Internet service provider, etc.) that may occur in remote area connections and interruptions arising from these problems,
- Customer or third parties; Failure, intent or negligence, sudden voltage changes, failure to provide air conditioning conditions, general force majeure and similar causes and damage and faults,
- Problems caused by additions or modifications to the system without the written approval of the service provider and any negativity caused by these problems.
